Kate is an experienced executive coach and organizational leader who works with senior leaders to navigate complex change and achieve meaningful results. She brings deep expertise in leadership development, organizational strategy, and talent systems across a wide range of industries, including global corporations, nonprofits, and government organizations.
Prior to founding Inspirati Leadership Solutions, Kate served as Global Vice President of Learning and Organization Development at Vertiv, a $5B global technology company operating in more than 40 countries. There, she led enterprise-wide transformation efforts, including restructuring global business units and building the company’s talent, succession, and leadership development systems.
Earlier in her career, Kate held multiple leadership roles at the Center for Creative Leadership, where she helped shape global leadership programs and worked directly with executives from around the world. She is also a published author, including co-authoring the book Becoming a Strategic Leader.
Kate brings a unique blend of strategic insight and relational leadership to Fostering Hope, helping guide the organization as it grows and scales its impact nationally.
She holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Saint Louis University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.
Kate and her husband, Chris, live in Colorado and have two adult sons.
